Grafo-Therm is used by Local Authorities, and Housing Associations to control condensation on the steel roofs of houses, Garages, Schools, Sports Halls, etc. and by the M.O.D. in Aircraft Hangers, Warehouse, also Agricultural and Computer buildings, Food Factories, and the over sheeting of flat roofs.

In most of these it is a combination of natural ambient temperature, relative humility and the natural performance of steel or aluminium roof sheets when subjected to the effect of clear night radiation (Frost) after they have been used to roof in a single skin application in both insulated and un-insulated buildings.

In the interest of economics it is very important to recognise potential problems on the drawing board so that only the roof sheets can be coated prior to fixing onto the roof, especially sheets which are going onto low pitch oversheeting of old flat roofs as these are often impossible to spray insitu, and have a potential to cause a lot of damage and loss of insulation value by saturating the mineral fibre insulation.

Grafo-Therm prevents dripping whenever a surface is subjected to condensing moisture - in some cases can even take care of leaks.   Grafo-Therm insulates and thereby prevents or delays condensation.   Grafo-Therm absorbs moisture which may collect despite the insulation and prevents dripping.   Grafo-Therm The natural textured finish creates a large specific drying surface. This moisture is widely distributed and can quickly evaporate. The surface dries much faster than a painted or untreated surface.
